Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to us at or through our contact form, within 30 days after the product is received. You are required to return the product(s) at your own expense, but if we find the returned items to be defective or incorrect, you will be refunded the full postage cost. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and since we print on demand we cannot offer size exchanges free of charge.
