We ship world wide and have fulfillment centers in both America (California and North Carolina) as well as Europe (Latvia). We will ship your products from the fulfillment center closest to you, but depending on the product availability there may be some exceptions. For the same reasons we may send some of your products separately, but we always try to send everything at once.
We offer Live shipping rates (carrier-calculated rates) on our site, based on the exact weight and destination of the order. Live rates are often cheaper than the flat rates, especially for international orders.
Keep in mind that we don’t ship orders to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!

We take about 2-7 business days to create your products, and then you should add shipping times on top of that.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Customs
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Please contact your country’s locale customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Overnight, express, and standard shipping methods will always have tracking.
Tracking may not be available for:
- International shipments going out from our US locations with no rush or flat rate shipping methods
- International shipments going out from our Europe location with no rush, economy, or flat rate shipping methods
All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility – keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed.
If it has been more than 24 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, contact us at contact@robiliano.com.
